We produce our outstanding products out of a massive footprint of 85,000 sq. ft. which is fully integrated through our ERP system.

We have machined some of the most Critical Components in the engineering sector. Our high-tech CNC workshop with over 4 CNC machines offers custom-made engineering parts as per customer’s drawings and specifications. We machine up to 600 mm in diameter and length up to 700 mm. We undertake Ultra-Precision Turning within 10 microns in a continuous process and hard part turning up to 48 HRC. We are also able to maintain a process capability Cpk of 2.5 in machining.
Our workshop is equipped with modern facilities, machinery, inspection equipment, and skilled manpower to meet the stringent quality requirements of the engineering industry.
With the ability to machine difficult materials, we have experience working across a variety of ASTM/ASME standard grades like Stainless Steel, Duplex Steel, Investment Castings and Forgings, Carbon Steel, Alloy steels, Brass & Bronze, Aluminium, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, Titanium and some industrial plastics like Teflon, PA6, and polymers.
We also provide products which are in line with PED 97/23/EC, NACE and ROHS compliance.
Span Engineering Works has developed strong suppliers base for procurement of investments casting and forgings. We also outsource a variety of surface treatment processes like Heat treatment, Anodizing, Passivation, Chrome, Nickel and Zinc plating.
Due to our strategic partnerships developed over decades of business, we are able to outsource these processes successfully at a short lead time and competitive costing.
The company has a team of professional Production & Mechanical Engineers and support staff with multi-disciplinary skills such as Quality Control, Project Management and Designing with the latest CAD-CAM software solutions.
Span Engineering Works design its own Jigs, Fixtures and Special tools to meet a high level of accuracy and precision. We make use of our software to generate our own process drawings and process sheets. Through the use of industry-leading manufacturing software’s we are able to optimize our machine programming to its optimum utilization.
